The crew discovered a new wiring kit was needed for the fan, and handled it promptly and without drama.  I'm very satisfied. [Update for 2024 work] I was thrilled that the Ballard crew successfully completed the tub and shower updates, which required some precision tile replacement. And installing recessed lighting cans throught made a huge difference for this house. Many various jobs completed; there was only one result I wasn't happy with which Raymond promptly addressed. (Reminder to please give your contractors an opportunity to remedy before blasting them on reviews!) Very satisfied, and fair pricing. Thanks
